At Gold Class, we take great pride in the quality of our hair extensions.

Each order is handled with precision and care to ensure it meets our professional salon standards.

Because of this attention to detail, our delivery and returns process may vary depending on whether your items are in stock, pre-ordered or custom made. Please take a moment to review the information below before placing your order.

Our premium 100% human hair extensions are hygienic and sealed in bundles for safety and integrity. To maintain quality and comply with regulations, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used hair extension products.

All returns and exchanges are subject to approval, and requests must be made within 14 days.

Please notify us at info@goldclasshair.com within 14 days to initiate a return, or complete the form below.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping your return/exchange item(s) and shipping costs are non-refundable.

We'll refund your payment, via the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the goods back in unopened condition.

Hair Extensions: All Gold Class hair comes sealed in bundles and must be completely unopened and intact, with absolutely no damage. Any items that are not in original condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Unopened, undamaged hair extensions may be exchanged, if requested within 14 days from delivery - legal right to cancel notices apply.

Exchanges are only accepted if hair is returned in its original condition.

📦 UK Next Day Working Day Delivery by 1.00pm - £10.00 (UK mainland only)

We offer a next working day delivery service for all UK mainland in stock orders placed before 3.00pm, Monday to Friday. Your order will be sent using a tracked and time-sensitive courier, with delivery usually by midday the following working day. You'll receive tracking updates via email or text once your parcel is dispatched.

📦 Saturday Guaranteed Delivery - £15.00 (UK mainland only)

Saturday delivery is available on request. Orders must be placed before 3.00pm on a Friday.

📦 Same Day Courier (Central London Only) - £25.00

📦 Collection from Inanch London Salon - FREE

You're welcome to collect your order from Inanch London.

Please allow up to 24 hours for processing; you will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for collection.

Please bring your order confirmation with you.
Collection hours: Monday - Saturday during salon opening hours.

🌏 International Delivery

We offer international shipping to selected regions using DHL Express, providing fast, fully tracked delivery for our professional salon partners worldwide . Delivery costs and options will be displayed at checkout based in your location and order.

Customs and Import Duties

Orders placed outside the United Kingdom are exported with 0% UK VAT.

Depending on you country, local import duties, GST or customs charges may be applied when your order arrives. These changes are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Northern Ireland and Non-Mainland UK addresses

Orders are despatched on the same schedule, however delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. While we use the same courier service, next day delivery is not guaranteed to Northern Ireland or non-mainland UK addresses.

Same Day Collection (Limited Availability - Inanch London)

For partner salons requiring hair at short notice, we hold a very limited selection of core shades and lengths at our flagship salon, Inanch London for urgent, same day requirements. Please note that this service is offered as a convenience only and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Custom orders are made exclusively to your individual specifications. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. We'll be in touch as soon as your custom order is ready for dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the availability and nature of your selected items.
Due to the value of our hair extension products, a 'Signed For' delivery is the only shipping option.
Order cut off time for next day delivery is 3.00pm. Any orders received after this time will be shipped the next working day.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the next working day (Monday).
