Delivery, Refund and Exchange Policy

At Gold Class, we take great pride in the quality of our hair extensions.

Each order is handled with precision and care to ensure it meets our professional salon standards.

Because of this attention to detail, our delivery and returns process may vary depending on whether your items are in stock, pre-ordered or custom made. Please take a moment to review the information below before placing your order.

Our premium 100% human hair extensions are hygienic and sealed in bundles for safety and integrity. To maintain quality and comply with regulations, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used hair extension products. 

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to approval, and requests must be made within 14 days.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping your return/exchange item(s) and shipping costs are non-refundable.

  •   We'll refund your payment, via the original payment method,  within 14 days of receiving the goods back in unopened condition.

  • Hair Extensions: All Gold Class hair comes sealed in bundles and must be completely unopened and intact, with absolutely no damage. Any items that are not in original condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@goldclasshair.com with your order details and reason for return/exchange, or complete the form below.

  2. Once approved, follow instructions and send your items back with tracking.

  3. We'll confirm receipt and process your refund or exchange.
