Each order is handled with precision and care to ensure it meets our professional salon standards.
Because of this attention to detail, our delivery and returns process may vary depending on whether your items are in stock, pre-ordered or custom made. Please take a moment to review the information below before placing your order.
Our premium 100% human hair extensions are hygienic and sealed in bundles for safety and integrity. To maintain quality and comply with regulations, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used hair extension products.
At Gold Class, every order is treated with exceptional care. Delivery times may vary depending on the availability and nature of your selected items.
In Stock Items are usually dispatched the same day when ordered before 3pm (Monday-Friday) for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends will be despatched on the next working day. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details.

We offer complimentary Click & Collect from our Inanch Flagship Salon. Orders are prepared as quickly as possible and are typically ready within 24 hours. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is ready to collect.
Custom orders are made exclusively to your individual specifications. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. We'll be in touch as soon as your custom order is ready for dispatch.

Due to the value of our products, a 'Signed For' delivery is the only shipping option.

Order cut off time for next day delivery is 3.00pm. Any orders received after this time will be shipped the next working day.

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the next working day (Monday)We offer complimentary Click & Collect from our Inanch Flagship Salon.
