WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

FOR GENERAL GOLD CLASS HAIR ENQUIRIES:

We do not collect any information about you other than when you contact us via e-mail for a general enquiry about our hair extensions. Once we have dealt with your enquiry, your e-mail is deleted from our records with immediate effect.

FOR GOLD CLASS ACCREDITED SALONS:

The information we collect from you consists of all the information that you/your salon completed at the registration stage and consists of your salon’s details, stylist information and debit/credit card information for placing hair orders via our head office or flagship salon (Inanch London) or from the Gold Class website’s secure online store.

FOR PROSPECTIVE GOLD CLASS ACCREDITED SALON ENQUIRIES:

The information we collect from you consists of the fields that you complete at www.goldclasshair.com/salonregistration. This information is kept strictly confidential and purely for assessment purposes for eligibility in becoming a Gold Class Accredited salon. Those salons/stylists who are successful are contacted and informed of the next stages. Providing that they agree to the criteria, their information is safely stored on our Gold Class Accredited salons database. HOW INFORMATION ABOUT YOU WILL BE USED

In law, we are allowed to use personal information, including sharing it outside the Gold Class head office network, only if we have a proper reason to do so, for example:

* If your enquiry relates to a complaint from a Gold Class accredited salon, we may need to inform that relevant salon about the complaint in order that they can remedy this. We will always seek your written approval first before passing on your information to a Gold Class accredited salon.

We have rigorous data protection and security policies in place with all our accredited salons and our website providers.
